Charlie Mills is the CEO of Medline, the largest privately-held manufacturer and distributor of health care supplies in the United States, headquartered in Northfield, Illinois. Medline’s worldwide revenues were $17.5 billion in 2020. Charlie joined Medline in 1986, has held various positions, and was named CEO in 1997. Prior to joining Medline, he was in sales with IBM from 1984-1986. Charlie received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and his MBA from Cornell University.
