Robert Granier
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Robert Granier is a founder and the Chief Executive Officer of General Fluidics Corporation, where he brings over 25 years of experience developing and has commercializing new products. Over his career he has managed over $200 million in technology research and development and commercialized more than a dozen new products including three R&D 100 award winners. Prior to General Fluidics, he was the Director of the Center for Technology Development at the Massachusetts General Hospitals, a collaborative innovation program between the hospital, Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. Granier earned a master's degree in management from Harvard University and bachelor's degree in environmental engineering from Louisiana state University.
Robert (Bob) S. Warren
Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Warren is the COO & CFO at General Fluidics. He joins GF after a career as a venture investor, corporate attorney, operating executive, entrepreneur and CPA. Most recently he was a partner at ID Fund, a late-stage venture capital group. He was previously a corporate partner in the Life Sciences Practice Group at Foley Hoag, and has been lead counsel on dozens of M&A transactions, representing both strategic and private equity buyers and company sellers. He has extensive experience counseling public and private companies on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and strategic relationships. Mr. Warren also previously served as COO & CFO to an advanced clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company out of MGH. In the late 1990s Mr. Warren served as Controller for a software localization start-up sold in mid-2000. He is also a CPA.
