In November 2014, the Cavendish Global Health Impact Forum was held at Oxford University and Blenheim Palace.
Co-hosted by the University of Oxford, the Forum brought together some of the best minds in medical research and health care, as well as impact investors from family offices and foundations, seeking unique opportunities for pro-social investment and philanthropy. From investment and health-policy experts participating in insightful panel discussions, to intimate breakfast meetings bringing together small groups of like-minded innovators and family office representatives, opportunities abounded for discussions about working together to affect transformational change. And, these new relationships were further developed at the social events hosted each evening by Cavendish Global. As the attendees shared their insights into the challenges and possibilities for improvement in health care and battling disease, relationships and future partnerships were born.
To help establish collaborations and partnerships which will endure post-forum and have pro-social impact for years to come, Cavendish Forums include a unique social program combined with extensive opportunities for private meetings. The Oxford University hosted event included dinner at Rhodes House, the Ashmolean Museum and a memorable Gala dinner at Blenheim Palace, combined with private performances by talented performers
